       Oral Presentation Guidelines​​

       Seven (7) minutes are allotted for your oral presentation, followed by 1 - 2 minutes for discussions.   

        All submissions must be submitted to cestworkshopinfo@gmail.com by August 1st, 2022    ​

 

       E-poster Presentation Guidelines

        Three (3) minutes are allotted for your e-poster presentation.

        Each presentation should typically include six slides.

        PowerPoint presentation will be accepted.

       T-poster Presentation Guidelines

       The poster board is 4 ft tall and 5 ft wide to accommodate posters of 3 by 3 ft. 

       Each abstract will be printed and posted on the board. Please find yours and cover it with a T-poster

      CEST2022 Abstract submission

       All investigators in the field of CEST imaging are eligible to submit an abstract for a poster         

       presentation. Students, post-doctoral fellows, and residents are particularly welcome.​

  • All studies describing any aspect of CEST imaging are proper. Any studies of human and animal subjects must have been approved by the relevant local ethics committee.
  • All submissions must be submitted to cestworkshopinfo@gmail.com, using the supplied template. The submissions will start from Sept 15th, 2021 and end at 11:59 PM on June 10th, 2022 (EDT).

  • All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by a Scientific Committee. The criteria are scientific novelty/quality, relevance to the workshop’s objectives, and clarity of presentation. Decisions about abstract acceptance will be sent on July, 2022.

  • Submission of an abstract is considered a commitment to present the abstract if it is accepted. Please do not submit an abstract unless you are planning to attend the workshop.

  • Young Investigator and International Travel Awards will be presented to students, post-doctoral fellows, and clinical residents who will be selected based on their abstract presentations.
